Our Philosophy
The program philosophy is, as early childhood educators, it is our responsibility to provide all students with an opportunity to quality preschool experiences and inclusive practices. We are brain developers, we build strong foundations, and we are investigators looking for innovative ways to reach and teach young children. We are committed to addressing the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs of each child in our care while fostering the language development skills necessary for reading, writing, mathematical reasoning, discussing ideas, and following directions. Children will develop skills through developmentally appropriate planned activities as well as through inquiry, motivation, exploration, and hands-on experiences. We believe in providing a safe space for children to evolve with much time devoted to maintaining a nurturing learning environment where their efforts are supported. By establishing a strong home-school-community connection, we inspire children to become social learners, creative thinkers, and effective problem solvers. We believe that working as a team and in collaboration with parents/guardians, we can make a significant difference in the lives of all children as we prepare them for life.
Our Mission
The mission of the program is to empower and motivate children by providing a high- quality, culturally diverse, developmentally appropriate, early childhood education program in a safe and nurturing environment that is conducive to learning. We foster and support the social-emotional, cognitive, physical development of young children while building on their strengths by respecting and celebrating each child’s individuality.
