Nadia Guajardo is the administrator at our Kit-Carson campus where she supports our youngest students with special needs in the LEAP Preschool and Early Start Infant & Toddler Regional Programs. She has been a part of the LESD family for 8 years, taking on several roles including Assistant Principal at Anderson and FDR Elementary and Interim Principal at Mitchell Elementary. She is passionate about supporting family engagement, promoting innovative student programs, and creating an inclusive environment for students with special needs.
Nadia is a UCLA graduate, earning both her undergraduate B.A in Spanish Literature with a Minor in Linguistics and her Master of Education with the Principal Leadership Institute. Nadia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is currently undergoing a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with an expected graduation in Spring 2024. She is committed to creating equitable outcomes for her most vulnerable students and building cultural proficiency in her work with students, staff, and families.
